Thank you for selecting me for your skin care needs. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to my Policies as set forth below.

Where to Book

For all your booking needs, please click any of the Book Appointment buttons. That will take you to the services offered and times available for booking. If you'd like to add waxing or eyebrow tinting to an appointment, please let me know in advance so that I can add it to your scheduled service. Always feel free to call me to schedule or reschedule an appointment. If I do not answer, please leave me a voicemail and I will get back to you within 24 hours. Texts, phone calls or emails received before or after business hours, will not be returned until I’m back in the office. I have my hours listed on here. If I’m going to be gone on a trip or away for a Holiday, I will send out an email beforehand notifying all my clients of this so you know I will not be able to respond to your messages until I return.

Late Arrival 

One late Client can throw an entire day off schedule.  For this reason, if you are running late, please call/text so I do not worry.  If I do not hear from you within 15-minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No Show. Should you arrive late (and within the 15-minute window), your service will be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent guests on time and you will be charged the full service cost. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Confirmations & Reminders

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved just for you with the expectation that if you book time with me, you will honor your appointment. But, I understand life happens, and sometimes schedule changes are needed. I require 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment at no charge.

An appointment Confirmation is sent by email immediately following the scheduling of your appointment and because I know life is hectic, an email appointment reminder is sent immediately when you book as well as 24-hours in advance to help you avoid the dreaded No Show/Cancellation Fees. Even with all of these reminders, Late Cancellations and No Shows happen.  Because of the financial penalties you are responsible for, here are a few things you can do to help you avoid them:

  • After scheduling, double check your appointment confirmation email with your phone calendar or scheduling book to determine any discrepancies.
  • Cross-check your appointment reminder email which you will receive immediately after booking with your phone calendar or scheduling book to determine any discrepancies.
  • Make sure that you mark my emails as “safe” so they are not filtered to your junk or spam folders.

Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated, frequent or excessive cancellations/rescheduling will result in denial of services and online booking will be unavailable. Sustainable Beauty reserves the right to refuse services.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Your card on file will be charged or an invoice will be billed to you and will need to be paid before the end of day or all future appointments will be canceled. Last minute cancellations & clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will also be charged in full for the scheduled service. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Instead, please call or text me. I will do my best to find a waitlisted client to take your place. If these attempts are successful, you will not be charged the Cancellation Fee. However, if I cannot find someone able to shift gears at the last minute, you will be charged.

Failure to Show

If you do not call, text or arrive within 15-minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a ‘No Show’ and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. When you do not arrive for your scheduled and confirmed appointment, I not only lose your business for that time, I also lose the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled and your appointment time goes unfilled.  Again, your treatment time is reserved especially for you. I am reachable by phone, email and text to cancel/reschedule.

The best way to avoid No Show fees and possible uncomfortable situation for us both, is to Cancel/Reschedule outside the 48-hour cancellation window.

Treatment Room/Guests

I take what I do very seriously and it is important that I am able to concentrate on my client receiving treatment in order to create a plan of action to meet their skin care needs and goals. For this reason, no one other than the person receiving treatment is permitted in the treatment room. If you have special needs, please contact me 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment so that I may make any necessary adjustments to ensure your comfort.   

Child Safety Policy

My concerns are for the safety of your children. I understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. My policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children. In the event you must bring a young child into the spa, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. My spa room is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot tools, and expensive machines make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

Return Policy

It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skincare products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! All sales are final with the exception that in the event you purchase any of the products for home use and find them to be defective, I will exchange any products within 10 days of purchase.
